Consultations and Seminars are offered in the greater Chicagoland area, as well as Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan.

Seminars are typically conducted over 3 to 4 hours of time. Topics focus on basic elements of design theory, with the objective of providing decorating information that the participant can then translate into decorating direction to implement in their own home.

Consultations in your home are offered on an hourly basis at your convenience. Mini-makeovers for your home, also called "Refinements", can be accomplished in one day, starting with what you already own. Select only the level of assistance needed. A written plan will be provided for you to complete at your own pace.

Clean Lines, LLC Consulting Services fees are charged on an hourly basis. Clean Lines, LLC Seminars will be charged as a flat fee for each seminar attended.

Clean Lines, LLC is solely owned and operated by Jana Franseen, IRN, ASID Allied Member. After many years in the healthcare industry, initially as a practitioner and eventually in the corporate world as a consultant, she returned to college to obtain a degree in Interior Design and graduated with highest honors. She has had a design consulting business for over 12 years.

Jana's design philosophy focuses on well-edited spaces, furnishings, and products with subtle drama, quiet elegance and tailored, timeless lines. Thoughtful, carefully applied colors and textures enhance each space. Restraint is key. A belief in the importance of beautiful aesthetics is combined with a practical approach to functionality and efficiency. Design budgets are carefully considered and maintained. Green design elements are applied wherever possible.
